It took me 40 minutes, a broken key, wooden wedges, and a claw hammer to open my son's car door this morning. He was parked behind my wife, who leaves for work at 6AM.. You can have it....

That sounds like a great plot for an episode of MacGyver.... heres a key some wedges and a claw hamer....you have 40 minutes to get this door open in the freezing cold..
but seriously I could go for SOME snow maybe not as much as youve got but some

Well, it's a little warmer today.. about -1. I hear we're in for the biggest single snowfall of the season, starting this afternoon.. 8-12 inches. Ya still want some, Jeremy? I could probably ship you a box of the stuff

I'm looking forward to a long drive in the snow tonight. I've got a hotdog date (the best hotdog place around is like 25 miles away).
The weather's not so bad, 'slong as I stay inside.

I heard that- It got really cold here, then started snowing and blowing.. I shoveled my way to two of the cars that were in the driveway behind my wife's, (hers stays in the garage) and it took me an hour.. Now it doesn't even look like I shoveled. Here's what I woke up to this morning (at 4:30) Here's a shot of the back yard.. As one of my Aussie friends put it on another board, "Thro another snow cone on the barbie, mate!" It's slowed for the moment, but another 6" is headed this way tonight.

Yikes! That will freeze exposed skin in seconds.. I camped under a tarp with the Boy Scouts in -25F weather a few years ago, and went to school for winter survival.. it was still freakin' cold.. I'm glad I did it, but once was enough.

Well, it warmed up a little over this way- It snowed more, then a thunderstorm, then more snow. We shoveled the snow off the ice yesterday. They are forecasting another 4"-12" of snow by tomorrow, then occasional snow every day through the weekend. It's really nice in Guatemala, though...
